Hummus with Olives
1 cup chickpea/gram flour
2-1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
12 small black ripe olives
1/4 cup additional Virgin olive oil
1/4 cup tahini Paste see my recipe
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped black ripe olives for topping
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
Bring the water to boil upload the chickpea flour and whisk. While it’s integrated flip the heat to low and stir continuously until thickened.
Add to the oil, Lemon juice, and tahini Paste. Add the garlic, salt, and pepper. Mixture well.
Add to the blender and blend till it is thickened and creamy. Then upload the dozen olives and blend well.
Pour the hummus into a dish. Chop the olives and upload on top. Relax half-hour protected in the refrigerator.
Serve I hope you enjoy. I served with my home made crackers.
